How opportunities will release

MAHP opportunities will be brought to market in a series of coordinated batches, enabling contractors, developers, investors and SMEs to engage with a diverse pipeline of sites. The first opportunity will comprise nine Batch 1 schemes delivering around 340 homes, with formal procurement expected to begin in August 2026. A blend of single-stage and two-stage design and build tenders is anticipated, alongside development agreement structures for market-facing elements.

Further opportunities will follow through two or three procurement rounds over the next six to nine months. These will include Batch 2 and Batch 3 sites, while nine larger strategic sites are expected to be procured separately, creating opportunities for development partners to help progress proposals through design, planning and delivery.
