Political and Organisational Commitment

MAHP is backed by strong political and organisational commitment from Tower Hamlets Council. Chaired by the Mayor, a dedicated Programme Board provides strategic oversight, supported by senior officers across housing, regeneration, planning, finance, property, legal and procurement. This ensures decisions are made efficiently, risks are managed and delivery remains aligned with the borough’s housing priorities.

A dedicated MAHP team and established governance structure are driving the programme forward at pace.
